1- Making contact: Your personalized home baking class!
You contact me, and we make an appointment at your home to find out which pastry you would like to make, find out what equipment you have, and assess the space in your kitchen to jointly agree on the number of people.

2- The ingredients: No stress at all!
I take care of the purchase of all the ingredients, to make your job easier.
3- The big day: 4 hours of good atmosphere!
In addition to this, you need to know more about it.
I come to your place with all the necessary 30 minutes before, in order to prepare the course as well as possible! Each participant receives a recipe booklet and then let's have some fun for 4 hours of baking , revealing tips, tricks and techniques all with the educational experience of my 10 years of teaching and also my experience in luxury hotels.

"C'est pas de la tarte":
A course on the world of pies, to choose from: seasonal fruits, lemon, chocolate, Tiramisu, fromage blanc and grapefruit, etc .....
" The macaroons ":
After this course the macaroon will have no more secrets for you! 3 different fragrances will be offered to you.
" Voyage Voyage ":
Work shop on the theme of "Gâteaux de voyage" (pound cake), for example: Marble cake, lemon cake, Creusois, Basque cake, Financiers, Madeleines, etc... We will make 2 products in order to optimize the allotted time.
"Beethoven":
The classics of French pastry, to choose from: Millefeuille, Fraisier (in season), Paris-Brest, Succès, Charlotte, etc .....
" Gluten free ":
Learn how to make a gluten-free cake easely , let's discuss it beforehand.

* A 10% down payment per cheque will be requested and will be cashed in case of cancellation.
